The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., recently rejected an appeal and approved a new set of rules by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulating how companies must handle tiny silica sand particles. The rules for the construction industry were effective in September 2016, but the rules for general industry — including oil and natural gas production — are set to become effective in June.Read more on NewsOK.com
