By Tim WillertStaff email@example.comA man whose parrots were seized by animal welfare officers will pay the city of Oklahoma City to care for the exotic birds until a judge decides whether he gets to keep them.
The parrots — eight macaws and six Amazons — appeared to be losing feathers and had been neglected when officers were called Thursday to the 2000 block of N Markwell to investigate a complaint, police reported.
