The parrots — eight macaws and six Amazons — appeared to be losing feathers and had been neglected when officers were called Thursday to the 2000 block of N Markwell to investigate a complaint, police reported. In a petition, attorneys for the city said they found several issues with the property, including "no water service and exotic birds living in the garage.Read more on NewsOK.com
