LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. – Heavy rains and flooding wreaked havoc for drivers Wednesday, but in one spot, a particular danger and hindrance will remain for days. The area of impact is on Forest Hills Rd. between Anderson and Hiawassee Roads in Logan County.
