NORMAN — While 37 receivers ran the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, Jeff Badet was on a boat. Without an invitation to Indianapolis, the former OU wide receiver was floating in the Atlantic Ocean on his first deep sea fishing excursion in the Florida Keys.
